If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ONLINE Perchelleboutique.com  order, please return items (via mail) within 14 days of receipt, or in-store within 7 DAYS of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or invoice if purchased online. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit of gift certificate. If you no longer have the packing invoice, login to your account and reprint the order summary.

Returns are accepted through the mail (within 14 days of receipt) or at the Perchelle Boutique Store (within 7 days of receipt).

• Purchases made in-store CANNOT be returned to Perchelleboutique.com . Please return store purchased merchandise to the store within 7 days of purchase.
• When returning to a store or by mail, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.*
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.

*If the return is a result of our error, please contact Customer Services at 1-314-241-0355 and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

BY MAIL:

You may return your online purchase by mail within 14 days of receipt to comply with the online policy.

1. Securely package the new, unworn item(s) with tags attached along with the copy of the invoice/receipt. You may use the original box for the return shipment.
2. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Perchelleboutique.com  is not responsible for lost return shipments.

You may return your online purchase to the Perchelle Boutique store within 7 days of receipt to comply with the in-store return policy.

Bring the following to the Perchelle Boutique store within 7 days of receipt:

2. Your receipt or invoice. If you no longer have the packing invoice, login to your account and reprint the order summary.
3. The return will be refunded in the form of store credit of gift certificate, minus shipping and handling.
